Agcom: Rai and Mediaset are required to comply
(ANSA) – ROME, OCTOBER 31 – AGCOM will ask RAI and Mediaset to open their broadcasting infrastructures to third parties who request it. The Communications Regulatory Authority's Board has unanimously decided to definitively approve the analysis of market 18 (for radio and television broadcasting services) and to launch a public consultation on the remedies to be imposed on the two groups, as they are "parties with significant power.".
