On August 4th, the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) definitively approved and published the National Anti-Corruption Plan 2016 (PNA).
The Resolution was prepared in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 90/2014, which assigned ANAC all the functions and responsibilities regarding transparency and the prevention of corruption, as set forth in Law no. 190/2012.
