“This behavior,” Sarzana explained, “highlights, according to the Company, Telecom Italia’s real intent, namely the intention to regain market share in ADSL to the detriment of those who could compete with Telecom itself, with serious damage to the citizen consumer who found himself unable to choose the most suitable supplier and in the serious condition of being deprived of access to the Internet.”
