Liberalization Bill: No privacy for SMEs
Article 28 of the Bersani bill on liberalization, recently approved by the Chamber of Deputies, proposes an exemption from the application of Articles 33, 34, and 35 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/03 for micro and small businesses with up to 15 employees, provided that the processing falls within one of the categories set forth in Article 24 of the legislation (processing without consent) and is carried out as part of the company's administrative and accounting management.
