Professional experiences
From 1981 to 1984 professional activity in companies operating in the telecommunications sector;
In 1984 he was hired by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications with a permanent appointment in the management career as Deputy Director in Telecommunications;
From 1984 to December 2000 he served in the Ministry of Communications at the Veneto Territorial Inspectorate where he directed the radio communications and telephone communications sectors, specifically dealing with:
– surveillance and control of public and private radio and television radiocommunications systems and the presence of interference phenomena in military, civilian, flight assistance and analogue and digital mobile radio systems such as GSM and UMTS telecommunications systems
monitoring and analysis of radio and television programming broadcast at local and national levels; - joint monitoring and analysis of programs broadcast during election and referendum campaigns;
– maintenance of archives of the systems and stations relating to public and private radio and television broadcasters;
issuing permits to municipalities, mountain communities, etc. for the activation of radio and television systems pursuant to Law no. 103 of 14 April 1975;
– collaboration with ARPAV to ensure compliance with regulations regarding exceeding exposure limits to electromagnetic fields;
technical checks on services liberalized by Ministerial Decrees 103/95 and Presidential Decree 318/97;
– provision of benefits for publishing;
– protection of telecommunications networks from electrical interference;
– complaints from users of the voice telephony service and others.

From April 2005 to February 2009, he was a company manager at the CANALE ITALIA broadcaster, responsible for research and development of the network and new technologies such as digital terrestrial.
From February 2009 to November 2018, he was a company manager at the TV7 TRIVENETA publishing group in Padua, with responsibility for technical management and research and development of the network and new technologies in the television field, including digital terrestrial.
Since December 2018, he has worked as a freelance consultant for telecommunications companies, Internet Service Providers and radio and television broadcasters.

– From 1984 to 2000, numerous teaching assignments in courses for the Public Administration on telecommunications regulations, radio engineering, electrical measurements and electronic measurements;

In 1991 in Florence, representing the Ministry of Communications, participation in the ETSI (European Telecommunication Standard Institute) standardization work of the E.T.S.I.-GSM2 working group, for the definition of the GSM digital mobile radio system;

In 1992-1993, collaboration with the former Multi-Zonal Prevention Units of the Veneto region (now ARPAV) for the drafting of Regional Law no. 29 of 9.07.1993 "health and hygiene protection of the population from exposure to non-ionizing radiation generated by telecommunications systems"
Since 2003, he has been registered as a journalist in the Veneto Region's Register of Journalists and has written articles on telecommunications technology and development, as well as digital terrestrial television.
