METAVERSE LAW

The event will be held in Milan, in the splendid setting of the eighteenth-century Villa Clerici, home of the LUM School of Management, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 5pm.

The day will see the presence of prestigious guests.

The proceedings will be opened by the President of the Budget Commission of the Lombardy Region, Julius Gallera, which will focus on the innovations in Healthcare of the Metaverse, and the Rector of the LUM University and of the Milan School of Management, Professor Antonello Garzoni.

 

During the event, the text, published by Giappichelli, "The law of the metaverse: NFT, DeFi, GameFi and privacy" will also be presented.,

It is the first and only Italian publication on the legal aspects of the Metaverse, written by the lawyer and university professor Fulvio Sarzana of S. Ippolito, from the jurist Marco Pierro and from the Blockchain expert,  Ivan O Epicoco, who will be present at the Study Day.

The event will feature speakers including the lawyer Angelo Greco, creator and inventor of the highly successful portal laleggepertutti.it and science and current affairs popularizer for various newspapers and publishing houses.

 

With him the jurist Imperial Rosary of the Afflicted of Francavilla, data protection expert, and the Milanese lawyer Paolo Lessio, expert in new technology law.

 

Franco Colombo, President of the Italian Metaverse Association will bring to the proceedings the contribution of the first Association active in the Metaverse sector,

Beatrice Vignoni, CEO of the Crypto-Madonne NFT project, will explore the profiles of female guardianship in the metaverse.

Dalila Petrillo, entrepreneur will deal with Industry 4.0 and the Metaverse.

The Philosopher and University Professor Fabio Gabrielli, and Sociologist Michelangelo Tagliaferri The CEO and Founder of the Communication Academy will analyze this phenomenon, but from the perspective of human evolution.
