This is the theme of the study day that will take place at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio on September 13th.

Speakers will include representatives of the Italian Data Protection Authority, magistrates, lawyers, journalists, and university professors.

The topic will necessarily also address the recent publication of the legislative decree n. 101/2018 for the adaptation to the GDPR privacy regulation, in force since 19 September
