The Committee on Cyberbullying
The Ministry of Economic Development, Department of Communications, as is now known, has released the first draft of the self-regulation code for cyberbullying. I should point out that I was part of the committee that developed the draft, but I limited myself to making a few random suggestions on the resulting text.
