Italy, online poker is starting.

Italy, online poker launches. Poker, in its online form, is also coming to Italy. Online skill games with cash prizes, known as "skill games," are making their way to Italy for the first time. The current gaming options allow for two different types of tournaments: scheduled games or sit-and-go tournaments, which begin when a predetermined number of participants is reached. Currently, none of the major international poker rooms are licensed to offer this game, but starting today, it will also be possible in Italy.
