The Regional Administrative Court suspends AGCOM's fine on online tickets. The Rome-based Regional Administrative Court of Lazio suspended, as a precautionary measure, in mid-April the €4 million fine imposed by the Communications Regulatory Authority (AGCOM) on an operator accused of engaging in secondary ticketing.
