The government is reportedly ready to submit to Parliament a draft implementing decree for the deeply revised privacy regulation, after receiving approval from the State General Accounting Office. Among the most significant changes is certainly the partial repeal of the privacy code and, above all, the reintroduction, through a reformulation, of Article 167.
