Online gambling and betting: new provisions of the Stability Law on administrative sanctions
The Stability Law addressed the issue of advertising games with cash prizes. Specifically, one paragraph of the law prohibits advertising games with cash prizes on general interest radio and television broadcasts from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, with the exception of specialized media outlets, which will be identified by decree.
