The Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has upheld the appeal of the ICT SME Associations, which now have a chance to participate in the development of the digital identification system. The TAR ruled in favor of Assintel and Assoprovider: the two Confcommercio associations had challenged the SPID (Public System for the Management of Digital Identity) decree.
