NGN networks in China
The Chinese government has ordered the three domestic operators to share infrastructure. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) issued a circular ordering China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom to share and co-construct network infrastructure, state press agency Xinhua reports
