On March 7th, as part of the conference organized for the 25th anniversary of the Assoprovider Association
Lawyer Fulvio Sarzana, of the Sarzana e Associati Law Firm, will provide an overview of recent developments
regulations on Piracy Shield, Agcom and copyright, starting from the public consultation
launched by AGCOM on the extension of the criticized platform to films and TV series.
The consultation is aimed at issuing a new resolution on copyright matters.
