Sending the screenshot of a conversation to third parties if  the sender's telephone number was present, may violate the rules on the protection of personal data.

The following also constitute an offence:

• forward an email which contains personal information shared by another person;
• disclose content for which the sender had specified that it was a confidential statement.
• forwarding a conversation to multiple people in which defamatory or libelous statements are made about a person
