Sarzana at Privacy Day 2025
THE'’Attorney Fulvio Sarzana He was invited as a speaker at the 2025 Privacy Day Forum, the annual event promoted by Federprivacy.
Sarzana will address the topic of codes of conduct pursuant to Article 40 of the GDPR in one of the afternoon sessions on June 6th.
Since 2011, the Privacy Day Forum has been the annual reference event promoted by Federprivacy for Data Protection Officers, Privacy Officers, Privacy Consultants, Lawyers, Corporate Counsel, CISOs, Security Managers, Data Managers, Data Protection Officers, System Administrators, Labor Consultants, Company Executives, Auditors, and all other professionals and corporate figures who are involved in privacy and data protection issues on a daily basis, both in private organizations and in public administration.
For this reason, the Privacy Day Forum places particular emphasis on the need to promote responsible innovation and compliance, because the conscientious development of new technologies and compliance with regulations are the basis for achieving a sustainable digital transformation. This presupposes: “a more rigorous and effective enforcement of data protection legislation”, as the supervisory authorities at the G7 underlined.
With over 10,000 participants in the previous ten editions, the Privacy Day Forum will meet industry professionals on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the Arezzo Congress & Exhibition Center.
