Sarzana e Associati Law Firm in Rome, won in Court

Infratel Italia Spa, an in-house company of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, was sentenced on February 13, 2026 by the Second Section of the Civil Court of Rome, represented by Judge Alessandra Imposimato, to pay the electronic communications operator Telenia all interest on the sums due as reimbursement for ultra-broadband connectivity vouchers, from the due date of the invoices, in addition to the payment of legal costs quantified, with accessories, at almost 13 thousand euros.

The operator, assisted by the lawyers Fulvio Sarzana di S.Ippolito and Maria Sole Montagna, of the Sarzana e Associati Law Firm in Rome, had submitted a request for over 61 thousand euros, plus 45 thousand subsequently, due to delays in the reimbursements paid, and has therefore obtained a significant victory in court, in a dispute that could have an impact on all future disputes brought by anyone in the broadband sector.
