Milan, November 6, 2014. Criminal prosecutors across the peninsula are evidently specializing in orders prohibiting access to foreign websites for copyright infringement, allowing Italian publishers to enjoy increasingly effective protection. A well-known Milanese publisher of weekly magazines recently succeeded in obtaining an order from the Milan preliminary investigations judge, by filing a simple reports, in just 7 days (considering weekdays), the order prohibiting access to a foreign site that published its special issues.
