Italian blog defamation: Minister of justice
The italian’s public prosecutor Francesca Loy, is to proceed against the offence of defamation of character following the petition presented by legal advisors of the Minister of Justice on the discovery of a blog called ‘mastellatiodio'[I hate you Mastella]. The Postal Police have called on Google, and is working on blocking the site. The blog is said to originate in California, but is supported by a server in Italy.
