Fulvio Sarzana, lawyer from Sarzana e Partners law firm was interviewed by Kazakhstan state Television on Italian Media systems and censorship on Internet.
Sarzana spoke of the new parliamentary reform that attributes administrative powers to intervene on the internet to the Telecommunications control authority ( AGCOM) without the judge, and the new bill that takes from 12 months to 6 years of retention obligation for personal data providers of Italian citizens
